RCMP seek public help in tow truck theft investigation

Steinbach, Manitoba — October 5, 2017 — The RCMP detachment in Steinbach is asking for assistance from the public regarding the ongoing investigation of a recent theft incident where items were stolen from a tow truck.

A statement from the RCMP says that on August 13, 2017, officers responded to a report of theft from a local towing company. Police say that suspects took multiple tools, two CB radios and a debit machine from one of the company’s trucks that had been parked on Hanover Street in Steinbach, Manitoba.
